Why don't you have a phone number?
Landlines are so 90’s don’t you think?! And mobiles are very distracting and anti-productive so we simply work without one!
All of our clients are issued with an emergency contact number, have access to our digital diary to schedule a call from us to them whenever they need it and have access to our Skype ID and priority email. Plus, you can emergency tweet or message us from any platform.
Given the way we work, it seems kind of pointless to pay someone to answer the phone to a telemarketer or scam call (and have to pass that cost on to our customers!) when those who need to know our digits have them already.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we make sure you are aware of everything from the start. Following a discovery call with us, you will be quoted a price for the services and intensity you need and this price is valid for 14 days. This is the price that you pay EXCLUDING ad spend.
When you engage our services and it features any advert management, you will be sent an agreement form which must be signed prior to any work taking place which states your monthly / weekly budget amount. This makes sure that everything is clear from the get go and puts your firmly in control of the costs at all times.
Why are there no prices on your website?
Each of our done for you, no hassle services are tailored for each client, so pricing tends to vary. We find this works better for our clients as it helps to make the cost more applicable to them, rather than a blanket pricing approach.

Do I have to enter into a contract?
All of our clients must have a contract with us before we start working on their project. Our contracts last for 12 months or 6 months and all clients pay 2 months service fees up front in additional to their first month’s payment, making a total initial payment of 3 months service fees.
What this means is that the last 2 months of your contract are already paid for from the start. Should you choose to terminate your services BEFORE the contract ends, then these 2 months are non-refundable.
Why do we operate this way? Well, it reduces the risk of non-payment by clients and this is great for you because that means we don’t have to pass those costs on elsewhere in the business, in other words, put up our prices because of a few rotten apples.
How fast can you get started?
We can turn around projects from discovery call through to execution in under 5 days when required, but this is subject to availability and may incur extra costs. Our average turn-around time is 10- 20 days where content creation is required.
